Kill Bill Vol. 2
here is my review:
go see this fucking movie!!!
it was quite amazing. exquisite violence, great dialogue, all the tarantino trademarks. as everyone knows this is his homage to the old kung-fu movies and it shows in every scene and camera cut. the fight scene between the bride and elle driver will forever remain one of my favorite moments in cinematic history. david carradine is outstanding. he pulls out all the stops and turns in a very memorable performance. uma is just hot. nothing sexier than a woman who can lop off your head without even thinking about it. i was worried that q wouldn't be able to top vol 1, but i shouldn't have. i can't wait to be able to watch the film in it's entirety. two thumbs up the butt.
this weekend i blew so much money it was retarded. all on booze and drugs and food. i am so proud of myself. ahh well, easy come, easy go. i can always make more money hopefully. of course when i blow a bunch of cash then business always dies for a week to teach me a lesson.
i am sitting at dragonfly as i write this. sonny got back from tacoma this morning and he didn't feel like working today so he went to breakfast with the insane maniac who owns dragonfly. hopefully he will come back to the shop after he eats and he'll hang out. i always look forward to sundays, we get to bullshit all day and don't have to put up with any other employees. plus the owner has a really really nice pool table in the back of the shop, and sonny and i play a few games every time we work together. i love me some pool!!
tomorrow i am gonna have coffee with the ex-shrink. i have been a little depressed lately. i'll unload some shit on her tomorrow. besides, i think she likes to listen to my stories of debauchery and misadventure. and of course there is the hotness factor, she is a very attractive woman hehe. at any rate, i usually feel better after i talk to her so i am looking forward to our meeting.
ugh. hope i make some money today!! pennywise is thursday night, i am excited about seeing them. they are playing at the roseland, my favorite place to see shows. it's a big venue, can cram about a 1000 people in there. it has a nice balcony that has a bar, so you can sit upstairs and get loaded while you watch the show. i think it should be a good time.
