Okay so as of Wednesday I'd hit my target weight of 12st 6, sure at the wedding(which was awesome) and days after I've put a bit back on but I can lose that by getting back to the gym this week.

But now is the change, it's no longer about losing weight. It's about building muscle and stamina.

So over the next few weeks I'll be upping my daily calories intake back to 2.5k a day instead of my current 1.2-1.5k calories.

Also a change in work outs is under way, more weights doing dead lifts, squads and shoulder presses etc.

I will also be doing yoga in the mornings before work, as hopefully that'll help strength my joints, and ligaments so some day I wont need ankle & knee braces. I already no longer need my back brace when working out.

The final aim is to do the half ironman in 2014, but that also includes not only all this fitness work.....but learning to ride a bike that maybe an interesting time :P

As always any advice would be greatly received.
