Hey Everybody,
Wow, I haven't updated in over a year. So I thought I would update people on how I've been doing. Well I moved to Calgary, along with Whitney and things are spectacular here. Jess, Moira, Scott and Shuberto also made the move but Jess and Moi went to Banff and Shubert moved to Jasper and has yet to come and visit us. I scored a nice little cushy job here, doing Network Administration (finally). It has little perks like paid cell phone account, company vehicles and government holidays. It took my like a week to score this job, and I've had offers from companies willing to pay even more, however, this job has fantastic potential as well as the kind of experience Im looking for.
Now to shock and amaze...lol, I got someone pregnant, drumroll please...it's actually my girlfriend of two years Whitney Noiles (cue Applause). No, but seriously we are pretty excited, I can't wait to be a daddy. I hope its a little boy though, cause a little girl would wrap me around her finger so tight, and I would be too overprotective... which usually leads to trouble. Whitney is currently working full time at Zellers here, at the mall right across from where we live, which is convenient to say the least. We are planning to get married, although I havent quite proposed yet, Im working on something big. I love her so much. The funniest girl I have ever met, beautiful and she puts up with my stupid ass, how could I ask for more.
If you haven't seen the movie "Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang", its absolutely freakin' hilarious. A whole theatre full of people were laughing for the entire movie, people even started clapping during some very funny scenes. Seriously, the funniest movie I've seen in years, who would have expected Val Kilmer and Robert Downey Jr. to be an excellent comedic duo. Not I.
Things are going so great right now, I cant believe we did not move to Calgary sooner. Although we are planning probably to settle back in Parrsboro in the next 3 to 5 years. Parrsboro u ask? Why not?, I reply. Small town, very close beach access, down home country people (even though Im a city boy originally), a nice quiet little community to raise our upcoming bundle of joy. Darlene was absolutely right about everything she predicted in my cars and tea leaves, haha, my skepticism fells very stupid right now.
