I'm going to go out on a limb and say 'nerds' will be going.

I believe they like to be called 'geeks'. Or maybe that's the sci-fi guys.

No, I'd love to, but I'm already committed to Chicon (World Sci Fi Con) and the Chicago Spn Con. You coming to either of the above?

Oooh. Hmm. Let me check that out. Chicago's a real hot bed of delight, isn't it?

I'd love to, but between money, time, money, travel, money and my crippling terror of loud crowded spaces, I'm sadly a definite no.

Oh, that's bad about the terror of crowds. I'd hate to have that one. I'll stick with my terror of small enclosed spaces.

I have that one too. And dogs. I'm pretty much screwed wherever I go. :-P

Don't forget about the hot cookware. You now have that, too.

I will know a number of people who will be there so I'll introduce you around.

There's a fair amount that goes on here. The weather'll still be nice for Chicon; I'm covering that for the paper. Or I am if I can figure out a way to get around. I broke my foot about 6 weeks ago and the boot and the crutches make getting around in crowds and narrow spaces pretty difficult.
