Just watched the first ep of Justified ( http://www.fxnetworks.com/shows/originals/justified/ ) on FX. Holy shit. Go watch. Really. It's like my perfect show. Why? Well, let's see. Violence, snappy dialogue, funny, heartfelt ( Read more... )

Oooh, yes. Yes yes yes.
Episode two was just on a couple nights ago, kicked *ass*.

I am enjoying immensely.
:)

Hi!!!

I'm thrilled to be thrilled! As I said above *points* I don't actually get this FX channel, so I have to go looking for it. A2 lurves Elmore Leonard, so we can actually watch this one together! It's a date night at Casa Pink!

I really don't need to get sucked into a fandom, but how nutty could a Justified fandom be, anyway. Right. Right?

I was just recc'ing you to some newbie fic reader today.

Whoooooot!
I do get FX but sadly, most 'prime time' television schedules escape my brain, and i end up dl'ing to watch because i'm all 'oh! that was on last night!' Very sad.

Ummm.....is there a fandom already? *snerk*

Were you? That's awfully nice of you. I rec'd you a week ago to someone who was 'scared' to stumble onto 'bad fic', and so only read a couple of friends. Silly person - it's all about clicking the link you know will scar you for life, just to say you did!
:)

I am currently recovering from apocabigbang and wondering if i've got another bigbang in me. Rough drafts due in a month, my word count? 0.

Of course there's a fandom for Justified. It's two episodes in, silly.

Fanfic is all about finding that which will scar you for life. Otherwise, what on earth is the point, eh?

Exactly.
And gods know, i've been scarred for life a few times already. Mostly by fanart.
*shudder*

I...oddly don't think i can think of anyone i'd like to slash Mr. Olyphant's character with. There's a policeman, ex sniper, in episode two that comes to mind, but i don't know if we'll see him again.

Otherwise...no one else attracts me at all....
*ponders*

I'm a big fan of Kevin Rankin. He's lovely. I'm sure something could happen.

Hrmmmmmm.
I don't......actually recognize him from the pictures i found googling his name. He was 'Devil'? Huh? I guess i have a terrible memory.

Unless he was the guy who got smacked in the nose with a shotgun butt?

I...don't find him attractive at all, heh.
But - more episodes to come!

Yeah, he was Boyd Crowder's friend. He played Herc in FNL and he's the best thing about 'Trauma'. He's really watchable. Attractive, I don't know, but I'm glad he's in it.

Ah. I don't watch 'Trauma', which is kind of funny - i usually love medical shows. FNL, FNL....oh! The football show. Another thing i don't watch, heh.

Well, time will tell. :)

I keep watching Trauma even though it's not good. But FNL? It's very, very good. Honestly, I wouldn't have thought I'd have liked a show about high school football either. It helps that it's not actually about football.

Maybe Kevin Rankin will grow on you!

I watched parts of episodes of FNL since people were talking about it everywhere and every time i tuned in, the coach was either yelling about winning and god while the team did crazy practice-stuff in the rain or whatever, of some kid was getting the shite kicked out of him for not being all 'hoo-rah, team!'.

So, yeah. Probably not something i wanna see much of.

I saw Trauma on a comm and was surprised i hadn't seen any ads for it, but then - my 'regular' tv watching is getting to be nonexistent these days.

Maybe he will! :)
