i was too tired last night...

-1 pkt. oatmeal (cinnamon raisin)
-1 small banana
-1 string cheese
-1 hard boiled egg
-1 slice eggplant parm (leftovers) w/ 1/2 cup whole wheat spaghetti (if that!)
-1.5 oz. raisins
-4 oz. chicken breast (made beer can chicken- with lite beer! I love that stuff)
-grilled veggies (1/2 a zucchini, 1/2 yellow squash, 2 slices eggplant)
-ice cream sandwich
-2 lite beers

went to the gym, too. did almost all my weights/strength program (skimped on the ab stuff 'cause the up & down motion was killing my head with this dumb sinus infection) and then did 30 min. on the elliptical.

today's will not be as pretty...

next week i may start counting calories again. who knows.
