Jay Haverstick was reported missing in Death Valley, having not returned from a photo shoot there on Tuesday morning. UPDATE: he was found, and has passed away.
To Jay, a wonderful man who inspired many in the food industry, in the wine culture, and in life. Without him, I would have far fewer friends, and a far poorer life.
