Glucose issues
To anyone here who has GD:
Has anyone had issues with a fasting glucose that is steadily going up? I have just started the GD diet, and am noticing that my fasting glucose is getting worse. It is now above the 90 score that it is supposed to be. The rest of my tests during the day are below the limit of 140 after 1 hour after eating (almost all are below 120 after 1 hour).
I am going to talk to the high risk doctor tomorrow (have appt.) but was wondering if anyone here has had the same issues. My OB said I could be experiencing the "dawn phenomenon".
