Totally unrelated, I went running last night at Grady Stadium with pullmyfinga and TedWatch last night. Had a pretty good run considering we began by run up the bleachers, then proceeded to sprints, and hops, and long striding and other stuff. I felt pretty good afterwards. But this morning i woke up and the area around my left Achilles (sp?) is KILLING ME. I can barely walk!
