waaaaah! bit of a disaster going on there!

first exam bit of a stressers. like it was sooo unrepresentative of our course! all these random questions on random SHIT. for example, "apart from their use as an energy source, describe the contributions of amino acids to body metabolism". i'm sorry, wasn't that lecture titled "amino acids as fuels"?!? well no, it wasn't but thats still pretty much what most of it was about. and who's still awake for the last 15 minutes of Dr Kemps lectures anyway?! WTF!

my stress sent me to the gym and i ran 5K so i suppose something good came out of it all!

I've embarked on a challenge to eat all the food that is mine in this house, with no buying more and no wastage. from now until sunday i have....

4 tomatoes
4 apples
4 jersey royal potatoes (the dirty ones)
1 footlong carrot
1 onion
2 courgettes
1 basil plant
12 slices of bread
6 slices of honey roast ham
1 bag of lentils
1 tin of chickpeas
1 tin of peaches
1 tin of salmon (why, i don't know)
1 tin of tuna chunks
1 tin of kidney beans
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 jar of rogan josh curry sauce
1 jar of lloyd grossman pasta sauce
2 tins of better for you baked beans
2 packets of ryvitas minis
2 frozen beef burgers
2 frozen chicken fillets
1 frozen venison fillet (who know why)
1 frozen breaded chicken fillet
1.5 bags of frozen prawns
1 FAB ice lolly
1 third of a cold pizza

I've actually got TONS more than i thought!

any recipe ideas Delia?
