its about damn time

So I'm currently at 150 pounds. That means I've gained 25 pounds in just over 2 years. Not ok. Really really not ok. Especially because I'm not exercising at all.

So I've decided to go on this diet for as long as I can....eat all fruit and vegetables. Nothing else. No bread, no beer, no meat, no candy. Just fruit and vegetables. Thankfully gardenburgers are really tasty and I can eat those. I'm gonna do this diet for 3 days then see if I can maybe add a little meat to it afterwards and keep it going for as long as I can.

I checked a health website and it said my optimal weight was 136 pounds. If I could get down to 140, I'd be happy with that. What I really wanna know is....how the fuck did I get like this?

If anyone has any other good diet tips, please let me know. I'm working with very little information. Danke schoene.
