Sadly, I've developed a little bit of a gut, and have received quite a fair share of ribbing for it...although to my mind, I think I've always had a little gut my whole life and never saw it as a problem till recently, maybe its been growing bigger lately. But anyhow, its been diminishing since I started a routine in my single-minded deteremination

I hate clubfit gyms.
They don't have hanging machines to do leg lifts.
I'm left with lie down ones which could be a bitch to do.

Lie down ones work too, but those leg lifts really hit the spot. :) Go complain! Or work with those rubber ball things...I know a few killer ab exercises using the ball that will have you keeling over in pain. heh..

clubfitt bishan has a hanging one, where u hook your elbow on this extension meant for dips.. and press your shoulder against a cushion and do your leg lifts.

JO - take pictures periodically, under same lighting condition... and show us the progress!!! Best way to gauge lah seriously
