is the rentina of the minds eye" haha, wow. After thinking about television I've grown pretty happy. I'm not sure if there are any idea's or motif's, but I like how it is represented. Such as in the movie old boy, where it is watched for 15 years strait, becoming the only outlet to the outside world. Or how it is an object of nostalgia, where it can bring some people their own reality, living out years they didn't or did, lost in the notorious world of sitcom(reminds me of newspeak). Most television these days doesn't give me much pleasure, perhaps it's as with all media with me, I don't particularly enjoy most music of this time, nor it's books. The thing with media is it's always updating, it's amazing. I beleive there is nothing more to touch upon on this subject.
Computers/Machines though... after thinking/reading about the matrix it makes me smile too. The matrix is it's own universe, controlled by the machines, very few people know about this so they live by the illusion. I could continue more but that would be pointless, the point is that the concept of god is like that, and how "illusions" are like paralell universes. The problem with that little cunundrum is that the only way paralell universes that can exist so far in our universe is through machinery.
Onto trivialities; I need to see X men 3, I've been too sick all weekend to do anything. I still need to strive to become smarter and more intelligent, when reading beyond good and evil I can barely grasp some of the concepts it presents. And finaly language, it would real nice to become a master of all of them and understand them gramatically.
