Oh, it's certainly scare-mongering to a certain degree. The film is full of all sorts of speculation and rumors about rigged election results, circumstantial evidence and just plain exaggerations. But isn't that the case with most documentaries these days? I guess that kind of films are easier to sell than the ones where they actually try to cover all the angles and not just going for the sensational stuff
