Another update
It has been a few weeks since I have written in this journal so I figure what the hell. I am rather bored anyway.
Everything has been going alright. Not great not awful just alright. School is school. Classes are going alright. I am still doing really well in my math class and my history teacher is still a total douche and a tool. I wrote on the evaluation that he should retire and stop putting students to sleep. Whatever. After the awful experience of that class maybe some harsh reality will get that guys head working again.
Things with Rob are going great. He is working two jobs now, driving a taxi during the week and his old tour company job on the weekends. So he is bringing in a nice chunk of change now and finally our money problems shouldn't be an issue! I am so glad because it has been a strain on our relationship and I am glad that it will finally be out of the way.
Work is fine. I really need to find a job that will pay me better. I really need to find a job working as like a pharm tech or something because they make a shit ton of money. Making 6.55 is way shitty. I have been working on average around 30 hours a week which brings me in about 300 bucks a paycheck. Back when I was working for ABX I was working about the same amount and making about 200 more per paycheck. I miss those days of nice money flow coming in. The new General Manager is kind of strange and I don't think that many people there like her. She likes me so I don't really make a big scene about it. The work is boring because I usually end up doing dough prep and it sucks.
Thanksgiving is coming around and I will probably be working that day. I will find out today I am assuming for sure if I am working on that day or not. I hope I am because it is time and a half and the money would be niceeeeee. I only get off two days though for break so that kind of sucks. I might spend friday doing something fun with my friends, depending on how their money situation is going and if we can work something sweet out. I usually have off on fridays so I am hoping the trend will continue. We will see how that goes.
I am gonna be home in cleveland from the 20th thru the 28th of december. That is if I get all those days off, which I can assure you if I don't I will be finding a new job with a better manager and pay and scheduling. I will make a huge scene about it hahaha. Christmas time is coming around again and I hate it. All the christmas music already playing down on the boardwalk is quite obnoxious. Don't get me wrong, I am not a seasonal downer. I just think it is a little early. And now I have to start thinking about what I want to get for christmas and I need to think what I am going to get my boyfriend. The holidays are just so much effort. Ugh.
