SURPRISE! SURPRISE!
So the Seachickens lost! What a surprise, saw it coming! Even Shawn Alexander couldn't carry the entire team against the Steelers. I didn't get to see much of the game though because my cousin, his wife and daughter came to church and then came to the Superbowl party so I spent most of the day talking with them since I haven't talked to them since Christmas.
They said that they liked the church and I am hoping that they will start coming on a regular basis so please be in prayer for guidance and that the Holy Spirit will guide them, and that He will guide me in how to minister to them.
I have an announcement to make:
Bruce is watching ELF with me, it is February 5.
The Oreobowl was a hit, Chad took first with eating 91 oreos, Mike was next with 73, then young Steven Kutch with 71 and last but certainly not least was Michaela with 58! The Oreobowl raised $4,300 plus! That is amazing and awesome!
So other than being totally exhausted from lack of sleep, doing childrens church today, not getting a nap, and carrying a couch through the church I am very happy.
