So I just got my hairs cut, and while I'm sittting there and she's snipping, she asks me if I dyed my hair myself. Of course, being the hair-dye addict that I am, I said that yes, I did. She told me it totally looked like a professional job, b/c most people who bleach their hairs either come out looking orange or their hairs are fried, neither of which is true for my hairs. So props to me. *grins* Now, since it's been FOREVER since I got my hair cut, and she ended up cutting all my blonde off, I am currently dying my hairs again.
So, we've had more plumbing work done on our house than anyone I know, they've brought in a backhoe and replaced sewer pipe TWICE, and the line STILL backs up if we doe more than two loads of laundry. WHAT THE HECK KIND OF SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?!? One would start to think the plumber was incompetent, but he's done work for several different people that we know, sewer lines included, and they've had no problems. It's very irritating, b/c now I think they're going to have to dig up the ENTIRE line in the spring, b/c the only other thing he thinks it could be is that the pipe may have settled, making it slant upward going AWAY from the house instead of downward like it should. BUT... that's going to be like $3000 more, and we've ALREADY spent $5000. GRR. That's the only thing that's horribly wrong with our house, but of course, it is one of the most expensive problems we could have. *sigh* I'm sure we'll probably end up just biting the bullet and getting it replaced, b/c if we don't, we can't put in a bathroom downstairs like we'd like to. Again, another reason why I hate being an adult.
