Today i had planned on staying in bed as long as i could - preferrably until i needed to drag myself out to get ready for work. Unfortunately, texts and phonecalls from half a million people allowed lil sleepage :-P
I eventually pulled out around noon-thirty. Roomie and i proceeded to make pancakes and bacon and smorgesbord in front of the boob tube. We finally got a chance to watch "Everythign you ever needed to know about sex* *but was always afraid to ask" by Woody Allen. fun times. I then got myself ready for work, dug out my car, and slowly made my travels to work. I barely got out of the parkign lot. less than a mile up the road i swerved into a snow drift, and in a business suit, i shoveled myself out. I swereved many more times but no more drifts. As soon as i got there, the mall decided to close. I helped close up the store and i get to be paid for full shift. Thats the good news. I then took a coworker home and came home myself.
so in all actuality i coudl have probably stayed in bed. bah.
FYI i just found out that the Peter Pan peanut butter that i bout last week is being recalled. This will teach me to change from skippy. Better believe i'm getting my refund. I'm skip all the way to the customer service aisle.
