Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving. I had a pretty good one I guess. I have a tip for you that probably won't help anyone till next year: when carving a turkey, cut off each entire breast in one big piece, then carve that by itself, going against the grain (i.e., if it were still on the turkey, you'd be cutting up and down). It makes it really tender. That's all.
