I just did my first "real" workout.. I did bench, curls, kickbacks and shit of that nature.. I found out one thing out of it all.. I'm a weak fuckin bitch.. Before I was unsure if I could go without smoking but now I know I'm not goin to be drinkin or smoking for a while.. I'm goin to overcome this shit and get back to the level and strength I use to be at.. No fuck that I'm goin to surpass that shit.. I'm gettin up from now on at 6 AM every fuckin morning and force myself to fuckin work out.. No more pussy footin.. This is horse shit.. I was stronger as a fuckin freshman than I am now. It's time to start rebuilding.
