struggling willfully against technology
I just got done fighting the computer for the right to make the absolute snazziest R&B/soul compilation to (sort of) surprise Bif with when he gets back.
Seriously, when I say that I was fighting the computer, I really mean it. We had a major difference of opinion and I really didn't think I was going to be able to fully convey the depth of my feelings on the matter in a way that would at least illicit enough response to allow me to get the job done. Thankfully, in the end, we saw eye to eye. The computer now has what I'd like to believe is a grudging respect for me... and I for it.
It was a rough night... but the beautimousness of 70's soul music shone right through and onto a CD that I wish I could play for Bifford upon picking him up at the ol' airport on Saturday.
