Thoughts on the new Vikings coach
I like him already. I like him eventhough, I know absolutely nothing about him other than his name and that he coached in a Super Bowl. That is not why I like him though. Here is why I like him. He just fired everyone on the Vikings coaching staff. At least it appears that he fired just about everyone. He got rid of Cottrell, which I am big time happy about because I think he is an overrated lop of shit who spends too much time in Lifetime Fitness calling people to see if they have his money and not enough time blitzing slow QBs, like Kyle Orton, can you say, "High School Quarterback?" Then he got rid of that Rick guy who was the QB's coach. I'm glad he's gone because Daunte knows how to read a defense properly, doesn't he? Then he got rid of Rusty Tillman who some people constantly say is one of the better special teams coaches in the NFL, but he sucks and everyone except for Mr. Childress didn't know that. Before that Giants game (a fluke by the way) the Vikings hadn't returned a kick for a TD, since the Polio vaccine was invented. And our special teams coverage has always been mediocre and painful to watch, almost as bad as the Gophers special teams coverage. Anyway, that's all I had to say. Now, I have to go do a lot of stuff. Tons. Hopefully I get it done.
