[AUDIO]

Of all that I've been hearing of odd happenings, this is not nearly so terrible.

[a hint of amusement in his tone, here] I feel almost like Hansel and Gretel discovering the witch's gingerbread house.

Maybe not terrible, but it's not any less weird than anything else going on!

There are many things that I would consider strange in this place. At least this is pleasant enough.

Pleasant? I don't know if I would say ice cream pudding snow is very pleasant. It's all sticky!

I find it quite pleasant. Besides, it is nothing a quick wash won't fix.

A quick wash or a quick eat. Hmm... I should probably stock up while I can!

Indeed. It would be foolish not to take advantage of the situation.

[Sigh.] What am I going to do with all this sugar, though? Bake cakes for a whole month?

There are other things that one could bake that require sugar.

I worked at a bakery for a little bit. I know a few things I could make, but nothing that's not for dessert.

[Salieri does not understand how there is a problem here, Hideki.] Fortunately, sugar keeps rather well, so there is plenty of time to use it.

I don't think that's the problem. With all this sweet stuff, it would be pudding for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

[Salieri still does not understand how there is a problem here.] There are some who would not mind such a thing, I think.

Don't you think it's a little too much? Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. I know from personal experience!

You've had to eat dessert for breakfast, lunch a dinner?

Well I didn't mean that... But I know what it's like when too much of a good thing becomes a bad thing!

I will take your word for it, then, Mr...?
