His general thoughts on his home-situation are as follows:

He's an asshole and a monster, he's got lots of bad karma racked up, and originally he was fine with it. It was a price he was willing to pay if it meant reaching his goal. But his being dethroned is harder on him than he'd ever admit to anyone. Accelerator's arrogance was well deserved, since he had worked his way up to becoming the strongest. He'd terrified almost every single researcher and scientist who'd worked with him since he was nine, and considering prior to those in charge of the Experiment he got shuffled around between researchers every two months religiously cos they couldn't handle him, I'd say that says a lot about how he's used to people viewing him. Touma took away all that and how the fuck do you start all over again? There's no longer a way for him to reach Level Six unless some new researcher comes up with a better hypothesis, and fat chance about that. Then that shitty little brat had to knock him off his equilibrium with her little assessments that probably were more accurate than he's comfortable with. She's an annoying pest, no doubt, but kfjldjflask;d. How does you react to the 20,001st MISAKA treating you with unrelenting infatuation and 8D when you slaughtered over 10,000 of her "sisters" and enjoyed it? Then, he wound up in Camp before he could find Last Order, but you can take the heart of the things he said to Amai in the anime and apply it here.

Overall? He's frustrated. He's out of his element. He doesn't know how to get his position back. And he's looking at his pathetic attempt at playing hero and wondering, what the hell was he thinking? Even if it had worked, one act of kindness won't do shit for his karma.

I meant to have Yukimi send Faust a holiday card, but forgot to. Pretend he'd sent one - a photo card with a goodbye and a happy holidays. How does Faust react?

Faust... honestly doesn't think too much of it, sad to say :( The thing is that he helps people all the time in canon, and these people usually try and show their appreciation for what he does and he more often than not shut them down whenever he has the opportunity to. He will say thank you, that's very nice and then do his best to move on to the next patient.

That said, camp is different because he CAN'T move on, he's stuck in one place and has to work that much closer with the campers here who need him... he grows attached to them. And by proxy, the people around them. So, while he won't think much of Yukimi's card, except maybe a "Ah, how nice of him", he will keep it around and possibly show it to Yoi-Te and... basically allow it to take up a larger space in his heart than he usually lets these things do.

Deidara's thoughts regarding the rest of the Akatsuki- or rather said, what you think Deidara thinks of his fellow fashion criminals?

Deidara loathes Itachi like no tomorrow and wants to fight him more badly than anyone. He wants to make Itachi show something beyond indifference toward his art. He wants Itachi to look AT it, not through it. Deidara disagrees artistically with Sasori, but respects him as a fellow artist. Well, respected. Deidara does feel slightly smug over Sasori's death since the bastard was so big on the everlasting, whereas Deidara believes that nothing lasts and life is brief. He sees Pain as a leader, but follows him primarily because it's a great way to spread the influence of his art. Tobi is an irritating nuisance who seems a little too childishly impulsive and "Senpai~ 8D" for Deidara's patience, but Deidara does admit some sort of care for him before blowing himself up, so... Tobi's like a stupid, annoying puppy that he can't help liking in spite of himself. Kakuzu was probably the one who sewed Deidara's arms back on, so he's probably appreciative of that. He really needs the mouths in his hands - he worked REALLY HARD to get those, man. Other than that, I really couldn't say. Deidara doesn't seem to really have many interactions on-screen with the rest of the Akatsuki, and it's been a while since I reviewed canon for him. Sorry about the partial copout. XD;

I'm only about 60 chapters into One Piece. Pimp me some awesome characters who appear later on in order to spur me into reading more quickly. (Yes, that was not a question. Deal.)

AWESOME CHARACTERS TO COME YOU SAY. IN A FIVEHUNDRED CHAPTER SERIES YOU SAY?

I dislike you oh so much now. BUT to make it easier on my poor soul, I shall make this into a top five-

1. Brook! But you should already know this. He doesn't show up until waaayyy later on though.

2. Chopper! A tiny little reindeer who ate the HUman-fruit, enabling him to transform into a human-reindeer hybrid. He trains under a 160-year old lady who thanks to her medicinal skills is still youthful in spirit and physique (with the exception of her face), is the most moe strawhat member ever, and has a backstory that is one of the few genuine backstories who moved me to tears. He is cute, gullible, and will make you cry as much as he will make you swoon when he uses his analytical head to pinpoint his opponents weaknesses and hulk out and beat them up.

3. Bellemere! Nami's mother-figure, will be introduced chapters soon to follow. While she is already dead, she is also one of the coolest ladies One Piece has to offer. And her deathscene? You better believe it will move you.

4. Bon Clay. He is a man... or a woman... depending on what the heck he feels like being at the time. This transvestite shows up in one of the silliest outfits imaginable, proceeds to be a flamboyant joker who wins the hearts of the crew in a flash, turns out to have a power that lets him change into anyone he touches with his right hand... and then later on turns out to be part of a villanous syndicate. HOWEVER he makes a Heel Face Turn, proceeds to steal the show with a display of bravery, self-sacrifice and integrity that you would NEVER expect a transvestite to display in a shonen manga of all things, and despite not being seen for a long damn time he makes a comeback during much later chapters in which he basically steals the show again with his antics, courage and outrageous ballet-fu. He is, simply put, the most badass transvestite in the manga-world EVER.

5. Nico Robin. While initially thought to be a villain, this cool costumer proceeds to top her way into the Strawhat crew after her old gang falls apart and shows that she's got mad power with her ability- the ability to make replicas of her limb, any limb, grow and sprout from any surface nearby. It's like telekinesis, only she can grope you from twohundred yards away. After being a levelheaded balancing force to the Strawhats silly antics her past is eventually revealed in one of the most awesome arcs of One Piece to date... and oh boy, is it ever dark and sad.

So then- your app pattern?

My app pattern:

- something unusual about their eyes
- light, pale or unnaturally colored hair
- divided nature of some sort; aka, two modes: pleasant and "don't fuck with me"
- possessing some type of power, skill, or ability unique to them
- confidence/pride
- some level of social maladjustment
- fighter

The grand majority of characters I've played and actually kept for a length of time fit into most if not all of the above. I have a thing for eyes, so I'm frequently pinged by characters with unusual eye color (e.g. Lucy/Nyuu, Delirium), or eyepatches (e.g. Akito/Agito, Farfarello), or whose eyes are never visible (e.g. Mammon, Fuji, Belphegor) ping me on a general level. Outside of having a thing for blonde, silver, white, or grey hair, the hair color is just a coincidental trend I've noticed; characters with dark hair or red hair don't ping me very often. Now by "divided nature" I mean I like dualities, duplicities, dissociative identity disorder, and even just something as simple as a normally calm person having a secret temper that you don't want to set off. I like characters who can be the sweetest in the world, but aren't afraid to show anger and assert themselves, consequences be damned. And having a power is just another thing that makes them unique, gives them something to specialize in and be proud of. Which leads to pride. A character doesn't have to be in-your-face about it, but it's nice if they have some confidence and pride in themselves and their power/skill/ability. But being perfectly socially adjusted is boring. I like having some issues to deal with. Maybe social estrangement, familial problems, or a personal ideal that they feel they have to live up to for their or others' sakes. A little craziness don't hurt. But all in all, I like fighters. Usually physical fighters, but also people who hold strongly to their beliefs and aren't afraid to defend them, even if they need to build up a little confidence first.

What's funny about such a specific app pattern is that I still get a wide variety of characters that fit it, without them being too similar to each other.

Who would you top me into apping?

Having read all that, I would have to go with either Venom from Guilty Gear or Kaku from One Piece. Both are extremely welltrained assassins and fighters and have a lot of confidence and pride-issues, but it stems from... rather different sources. Venom has snow-white hair while Kaku is unfortunately just a boring ginger, and Venom has piercing blue eyes despite being ethnically Egyptian, and Kaku has regular black eyes... but he DOES have a square nose. They are also both very wellmannered, Venom being very lowkey and mild, Kaku being peppy and rather upbeat, which can change in an instant if they're fighting seriously- Venom becoming much more bloodthirsty and aggressive, and Kaku treating fighting like a fun, fun FUN game. And since they are very skilled fighters, both belonging to an organization that expects them to do dirty deeds and who have trained them in lethal methods, they have a lot of pride in what they do.

It kind of goes without saying they are both social maladjusts- Venom was raised in a cult-like organisation of assassins and was the lover of the cults leader, Zato-One, who divided his attentions between Venom who became his faithful bodyguard, and Millia Rage who was the organizations most skilled assassin... then Millia got sick and tired of Zato's manipulations and killed him and left the organization (warranted, Zato was SERIOUSLY a douche) which left Venom heartbroken and rather aimless, so he's currently roaming the world trying to find Millia and keep the organization as even as he can. He's really in an intriguing spot, and depending on the players action he can either die trying to seek vengeance, claim leadership of the cult and kill Millia, or leave it all behind and take in an orphan as his adoptive son. There's a lot of ground here for development.

Kaku is comparatively not that maladjusted- he genuinely likes not being an assassin, but figures that he's good at killing so why the hell shouldn't he do it? He's kind of apathetic to the sanctity of life in general.

And of course, powers. Venom has the ability to summon magic pool-balls and fight with a pool-que, which can then fire the balls into other people for lethal results. Somehow. Kaku?

He can transform into a giraffe-man. And he can utterly DEVASTATE his opposition with it. It's a spectacle you have to see in order to believe.

Ha ha I am running out of question material now... if your characters went on an exciting adventure through time and space, how would they work together? Would they be able to work together at all?

Oooh, Venom! I'm very familiar with him, having played with an AU version of him at a game I used to mod. He was lots of fun to play off of.

Most of them would not get along with or work together at all. Bel is the laziest of them, and occasionally strikes up fights with the others, especially Farf. Farf would have issues with Dancy knowing things she couldn't possibly know about him, and with her "angel" if he ever thought she were glorifying God with it. Anyone who tries to annoy Deidara will get exploded, but otherwise he'd be fine. Accelerator really doesn't care enough to bother chipping in, and only Delirium could make him do anything. Del is actually the one who gets along the best with everyone else. since the grand majority of them are hers or have the potential to be. She's not exactly reliable, but she can make them cooperate if she wants them to. Aaaand Dancy might take to Accelerator a bit, not on the same level as Last Order but she would make an effort.

Your lineup gets a group bodyswitch with each other. Tell me the most interesting results possible.
