ANYWAY. You mentioned something about coloured icons for Bandou? If I manage to get as far as to start that, I'd like to work out the formalities behind it/what colours do you want/do you have bases, etc. ^^

That I did. I had started on making all new bases, but haven't touched that project in about six months. I've got 29 so far and may pick that back up since I have really good raws to crop from. This is the color swatch I used for my own manga coloring attempts. As for style, simple coloring is better but I'm not picky.
Alternatively, I didn't mention this when I filled my thing out, but there's a character I'm apping this weekend for whom I already have over a hundred bases made. The coloring would also be really simple. If I get in with that character, you are more than welcome to choose to color their iconset instead. I would be happy with either! Just let me know which set you want to color and I will upload the bases for you.
Simple colouring as in shadows or no shadows? How about borders, and white background or coloured.

Well, I tend to put 1px borders on my bases now, so that would probably be all the border it needs.

I've uploaded all the manga bases for Accelerator here. The text file lists the file numbers for the ones I've currently got uploaded, so they're the priority. Any others not listed I'd love to see colored, but might not use them right away due to limited icon space. (I'm still working on my anime icons, derp.) There is a folder containing color references. Accelerator is albino, so it shouldn't be too much of a challenge, but for color here's what I'm looking for:
1- Colored background. No preference aside from something that won't clash when the subject is an albino in a black&white outfit.
2- The borders the bases come with are enough. It's fine if color layers affect the borders.
3- Simple coloring without additional shading. Like... something closer to Echo's icons than Break's. Both sets are gorgeous, but for Accelerator I'd think the starkness would complement the manga art style a little better than full shading

Anon would like to know if you want to see some different versions of a tryout colouring I made, or if you just want to wait and see what happens? (In which case I'll go with what I like best, but I figured this is supposed to be something you will actually like.)
