Having fun in the snow!
Well, Em and I went on our first tobagganing run tonight, we flew straight down our road on crazy carpets....Em beat me!
Really proving the point that the snow plows are non existent around here.
Yesterday was a really tough day, I had to be the guinea pig for a new massage called the fleur de lis or something like that...anyway, I had a two hour massage! It was fantastic, I'm like lying there thinking I'm getting paid to lie here and get a $200 massage, I smell great, I had a shower at the half way point with some amazing products...I really like my job.
I get to meet Elvis Stojko tomorrow, he is arriving from the airport tomorrow, Em will get to meet him as well, apparently he has been there before and is very nice.
I also am having a facial tomorrow, part of the training for one of the new estheticians....4 layer facial.. My skin should be glowing. I start at 7am there, and I'm loving that believe it or not, because my day is done by 1pm. Then I have a whole day to do stuff.
Earl is taking his sister to the airport tomorrow, she's going to Seashell BC for 3 months to see her husband who's working there. The last time he took her to the airport, his work called him in and he couldn't go because he wasn't home, so I'm hoping that won't happen tomorrow.
The kids have one more exam, then the week off school. Em and I are going to Belleville on Wednesday, I'm going to buy one of the books that Gloria wrote (one of the guests at the spa) and ask her to sign it.
Hey, I'm getting a good collection of American money these days, from tips, I think a shopping trip across the border by summer is looking good....any takers?
