Off to distant lands...

I love the letters coming in from India! I hate to say it, but I feel like going there myself, Aunt N is describing her adventures so well it's like your there.
It sounds like she had her "aha" moment, when she felt bewildered by her life and whereabouts while riding a rickshaw.
Anyway, maybe there will be more of us going over for a visit.....

Bring your child to work...everyday! bicroftgirl January 25 2007, 14:36:36 UTC
It is great that our girls want to come to work with us! So Ariel wants to head out in the working world...yikes! Em has never taken that on because, like Ariel, she is involved in so many other things. But, she thinks she's ready now, but finding something around here is no easy feat.
They like the independence of their own spending money. If Em gets a job in town, (there's no other place really) that means me trecking her there and back, so we need to figure out the dynamics of that!
I am a traveler at heart, and I would love to travel all over the world to discover the earth we exist on, but I believe my roots will return me to where I am now... My "before I die" commitment is to swim in the dead sea...which of course is in Israel/Jordon where all the chaos is going on all the time. So instead of before I die, it seems it might be 'where I die'!
I would love to see the painting when it's done, you are exploring deep into your heritage, I love that!

oh pooh on Debbie!
Do share when you have time!

Is this one of those times where
you pat the 'honour' student on the head
and say 'great job' and bribe the
'not so honour' student...did you ever
think you would be doing that?
I have this to look forward to and I have
already predicted what to expect from my kids.

As for Em, I would guess that she would
understand??? Taking her to the Spa???
These are things that I will have to learn!

Well, lets just say Debbie needs a 'certain' type of bottled water...not in plastic...and everyone arranged their scheduales around her for classes and treatments...and she didn't even attend them, oh, and she had to switch rooms ( ... )
