- 1/2c. oats mixed with 1 tbsp. Natty PB, cinnamon and 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 scrambled egg whites
- 1 glass orange juice

- cup of Lipton Green tea (brewed from tea bag)
- 1 container Dannon non-fat plain yogurt mixed with 1c. Kashi Go Lean
- 1/2c. strawberries
12:00pm
- homemade chicken salad on a ww pita
- 1.5c. broccoli
- diet Lemon Snapple
4:00pm
- 1 apple
6:30pm
- 1 cinnamon chicken leg piece
- 1c. mixed veggies (grilled potatoes and carrots)
- 1c. broccoli
Total Water Intake: 90 oz
Supplements: multivitamin (1, 6:30am)
Didn't workout this morning... didn't really have the force to do so.
