come spit off bridges with me
today i worked until 11:30. i came back to the apartment and kyle was outside smoking. we talked for a little while, and i made a salad and a veggie burger and had lunch. after that kyle and i talked more, we have good conversation, i can tell he's going to become a very good friend, lifelong hopefully. anyways.
while i was at work this morning, i called the accounting firm that posted a help wanted ad in the paper, looking for a receptionist. they were very interested in meeting with me, so i scheduled a n appointment for this afternoon at 3:00.
after lunch, i called jon to tell him about the interview--he seemed really happy for me and extra supportive, he makes me feel so lucky, he was on his way to get lunch with jess, so we hung up and i picked out what i was going to wear, and took a nap. for two hours, it was heaven.
i got up late-ish, took a shower and got ready. kyle let me take his car which was awesome, and i went to the interview. it went really, really well. i really adore the woman that i'd be working for, and it's a really relaxed environment, plus i'd get a desk! haha thats amazing. definately not what i want to do for the rest of my life, but it will definately do for now, and be absolutely fine with me. a guaranteed 40 hours a week is a wonderful thing in my book. so they're going to call me by the end of next week, i'm really pumped. i put gas in the car and came back here after that.
i ate an early dinner/lateish lunch thing with kyle and then we watched tv and i talked to kristin. i brought him to work around 5, and came back here and i've been playing with myspaces ever since, what an interesting life. i really wish i could come up with intenresting things to say on here, witty even, but i don't. i'll try to though, i want to.
i need to read tonight, or i'm going to end up feeling stupid.
and i need to clean the living room.
and empty the dishwashwer.
and change my clothes, because i'm not really a khaki wearing kind of girl.
kristins coming to canandaigua for the weekend, i'm so excited, i don't have to work at all.
friday night we're going with kyle to see roses are red play, i'm not even sure if i really like them except for like the two songs i know, but its only 8 dollars and it should be fun.
i think i might take another nap before i have to pick kyle up from work. huttah!
