MOVED!
we are (mostly) moved! my definition of moved-in has become "we sleep there". so in that sense, we are moved. i'd say a good 90% of our stuff is now in the new house, although mostly in boxes and somewhat in piles.
we bought a fridge and a stove/range today. i feel really grown up. they're really pretty and matching, which was just coincidental, we happened to like things from the same set, (and also had to have a fridge that would fit.)
already, such an upgrade from apartment living! i think i'm going to like this. i also am liking how my old furniture that i thought i didn't like anymore, goes with the new decor... i won't have to change nearly as much as i thought, at least initially. i can take my time, and still feel at home. things are going well.
however, i feel like i have a sinus infection, which is being aggravated by allergies from all the dust and dander flying around from moving things. also, the stress is affecting my stomach and skin, predictably.
so my body's not liking this whole process, but my mind is more at ease than it was this morning. hopefully we're beginning the denouement.
