(no subject)
I've been sick for the past three weeks. It was the normal flu, coughing all night, fairly high fever, stuffy nose, etc. Then last Monday my throat started to get sore again. So at the requests of Mandy and my mom, I went to health services. I have huge white sores on my throat with ridiculously swollen and painful lymph nodes. They said it could be strep but it's probably mono. I find out tomorrow.
Then today my throat is so sore that I can't even swallow food, just liquids. My nana called me and told me to gargle with warm water and salt and when I did, I was gargling up blood. This is very unpleasant, especially since I have five exams to write in the next 19 days.
My mom wants to drive up to Sudbury to bring me home for Easter. I have to admit I'm seriously considering it because my birthday is on Tuesday, so I'll get to see my family pretty soon after it. The only drawback is the time on the road and that I have an exam on the Tuesday and Wednesday after Easter. I don't know what I'm going to do.
I have a 3000 word essay to write by tomorrow and an exam at 9am on Tuesday (yeah, on my birthday).
