So you say it's your birthday ...
So my parents decided to celebrate my birthday last night, since I am most probably not going to be off for a nother while. Can I just say woo hoo!! Dinner at Outback was simply yummy and I actaully got presents!! And we met the Ha's and Godfather O' Mine at Greaters, and they gave me presents too! (And double chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate sauce = love. It is just that simple) So in short, it was a pretty Canadian birthday for me, as I recieved:

Bought one of The (International) Noise Conspiracy's older cds too. I don't really know why, but it was on sale, and it made me happy! It is a pretty good cd too, so if anyone wants it when I return to school, just let me know!
Anyone have any thoughts at all about how to get Ken Watanabe jumping out of a cake for Lisa's 21st? It needs to happen!
The premeir of the new season of Battlestar is the same weekend as Lisa's 21st! If someone doesn't tape it for me, DEATH will follow. A slow and painful one, invloving blunt objects and spoons ...
I think I also may have figured out the solution of my decoration delema in my room for next school year. Was attempting to figure out how to make a wall in the living room that will be my room without making myself totally broke, and this was causing no small amount of stress, let me tell you. And last night I found these wonderful floor to ceiling lenghth blinds! I just need to figure out how to mount them without killing the ceiling at the end of the year, and all will be right with the world! (Or at least better. Desiring to have one's roommate hit with a bus is never a good thing) *end thinking about school for a while, as this causes way too much stress for me to EVER want to deal*
OK, happier things! I am off to watch Slings and Arrows with Stephie, and tonight we are mid-season 6 in Buffy. Almost to the end! I think I'll make a final post at the end of season 7 with all Buffy re-watching thoughts, because I know that very few actually care at all about this. :-)
