Why did I think taking two classes and working full-time would be ok right now?
I think I glossed over the beginning of summer, when the little vermin are full-tilt, non-stop in the library from 9:30am- we close. Which means I am doing my job well. Yet also means there is no quiet time, ever.
I have storytime in the parks, community events, policy council meetings, budgets to write, grants to solidify and an entire juvenile dept. to weed, clean and trim.
I also must pause to wonder why the hairs that are falling out and landing on my keyboard, desk and carts aren't the freakin' grey ones.
Also, 5 weddings in the next 2 months??? Really???
