As first seen over in feminist, a Federal judge determined that Union Pacific's insurance coverage for union employees is discriminatory. Union employees have coverage for some preventive medication, including Viagra, but not for contraceptives. The lawsuit argues that this policy violates the Civil Rights Act, which "prohibits employers with 15 or more workers from making decisions based on gender or pregnancy."
