Today walking into the kitchen and discovering that the dog and the cat had teamed up to get the treats that are kept on top of the fridge caused much hilarity and happiness, even as I shouted at them. The cat had jumped up and had knocked down the packet for the dog waiting below. Walking in I see the cat run off with one in his mouth and the dog had shoved his head in the gap between the fridge and the cabinets and was hoovering up as many of the spilled treats before I could pull him out of there.
My work ethic is still appallingly slow; I'm always embarrassed by how long it takes me to write such little chapters to my cracky Temeraire/bsg crossover. Laura's still not shown up yet. However, I did manage to finish something today.

You'll have to pretend that little smudge sitting on her leg there is Bill Adama being all stoically emo, people are much harder to draw.
