It must be spring
The eagles are nesting in South Minneapolis again.
The cardinals are singing love songs...the chickadees have been at it for some time.
We saw more eagles and two pileated woodpeckers along the River Road near Lake Street on Saturday.
We went snowshoeing on Wood Lake yesterday and found a dead bee. Our guide says they (the bees) clean house on warm(ish) winter days, but 37F was a bit cold. So it froze. Poor thing.
