The worst part about not having a laundry machine in my apartment is having to lug 2-3 weeks worth of soiled clothing down 2 flights of narrow stairs and down the street to the laundromat. I have no motivation to do this, ever. But at least it's not snowy and icy out anymore - the slush was killer on my little suitcase that I wheel to the laundromat.
One day when I have my own washer and dryer, I'll know that I've made it. It sucks that I could actually afford to buy a washer/dryer right now, but there's no way in hell I could fit anything up those narrow stairs and get the proper hook-ups for it.
