Whew! What a whirlwind (but successful) weekend! Several weeks ago I spotted an ad in the paper advertising space for a flea market. How perfect for me! Being an apartment dweller doesn't make storage easy... and it's not like I have a yard or garage to have a sale in.
We made over $250 dollars at the flea market, but most importantly... we cleared out an incredible amount of space! We've bought probably 10 of these:
and each of them were spilling out with crap. We brought 8 of these bins to the flea market with random stuff. It took 4 car trips (luckily we lived only a few blocks from the church it was being held at) to bring over everything. The remnants were brought back in one car trip... and neatly filled only 2 of the containers. :D
Now I've been a busy bee cleaning and further organizing things today. Hopefully M will appreciate the effort and reward me with a fabulous dinner out tonight.
