Well Prague is a great City.....
Its all about Inglorious Basterds, Mojito, cheaty People (thiefs as well), Orange Light and Golems...
Last week my friend Alex an I decided to travel to Prague/Praha (Not at least cuz Alex had Birthday on Saturday *g*)
...for one day in the first place, but then we decided to stay for 3 Days during the weekend.
We were looking for a good Hotel so we found a really cheap one....Last Minute Offer for 4Stars Hotel.
After my Pre-Course on Friday Alex picked me up in Schwandorf to drive to Prague directly. When we nearly
arrived at the Czech Frontier I called Laura before I got into the local czech telephon-network....I really
missed her..I only could wrote 1 SMS a day..otherwise it was to expensive ._.
So when we arrived at prague even on freeway there were a lot of gigantic Advertisement Posters at the edge
of the streets. In germany such things never would be allowed..cuz Posters like that on freeways would distract
peoples concentration while driving.
We had some problems to find our hotel...but after I asked some Locals we finally found it...you know..the streets of prague
are very small and windy.
The Hotel was quiet luxury as the pictures promised *g*.
First we went to the train-station to buy some tickets for the metro-trains. Alex already changed some
€ into CZK (czech Krones)
100 CZK is about 4€
So we went into the central city to eat at a traditional czech Restaurant.
It already got dark and everywhere
you could see those orange laterns at the streets...I love that orange lights which is typical to Czechoslovakia
..you..re gettin a warm feeling and it feels comfy somehow.
There was illuminated Advertising everywhere...
sometimes I felt like beeing in New York..cuz even the taxis looked like the american ones..
and the sirens of the prague Ambulance were similar to the sirens of american police-cars (like you always
hear it in hollywood movies *g*).
At the restaurant we already were very hungry because we hadn..t any meal since we startet in Germany.
The menu looked soooo extremly delicious...we almost couldnt wait.
We ordered 2x "Lendchen with bohemian (böhmisch) Semmelknödeln" *g*...the Semmelknödeln were very tasty..but..
the Lendchen....this was no Lendchen at all >_>..the meat was so streaky (so speckig *würg* X_X)..and in every
piece there was a big cube of backbacon..so disgusting.
Nevertheless..the Semmelknödeln were just great.
Then we went to the river to see some sights. On that way I saw a lot of shops who selled Dolls and "Krtek" the mole..
In Germany "krtek" is famous as "der kleine Maulwurf" who always was shown on "The Show with the Mouse xDD"
(Die Sendung mit der Maus)....when I was a child sometimes I was afraid of the mole cuz there were a lot of
strange scenes sometimes *g*...I didnt know it was a czech production at all.
So we went to karlsbridge...the brdige is very beautiful at all and reminds me just a little of the "stony bridge" at my
hometown Ratisbon/Regensburg. The "moldau" is a huge river so the karlsbridge is big as well.
Ive done so many photos...with our NIKON D700 you can do so great ones.
Afterwards we went to "Prague Castle"..there were so many guardians at the main gate and you had a great view over the city.
There also was a big Church at the Castle with a huge Structure at it.
I took a closer view and saw...: There were a man and a woman on the structure. I bet it was the mans idea to climp it xD.
But suddenly they didnt moved any further..maybe cuz they saw there was a guardian on the ground...but there was no good.
The guardian spotted them quickly...We looked where the guardian took them...but they disappeared behind a closed door...
...maybe they were brought to a russian Bunker where they would be tortured or something pervert...
like in the movie HOSTEL *g*.
So it was already late (I congratulated Alex to his Birthday cuz 24pm already has past) so we went to our hotel again to
be fit when we had to get up next day.....
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lunch this morning at the hotel was just great
We had a big selection of cereals, bread/toast, salad, juice...almost everything you wanted.
First we went to a really big graveyard (The Graveyard is in Gothic-Architecure..I really love the Gothic Style you know *_*)
we saw at night yesterday. But I couldnt imagine how big it really was O_O.
We took a lot of photos...Some graves were destroyed by some Assholes I guess so you could see the
pothole where the coffin lies x_x. There were a lot of graves with german Names cuz some time ago the Czechoslovakia
was a part of Germany.
Afterwards we went to a big Shopping Center where I bought some Clothes....
Again we took a lot of photos of the Praha City and then change some money. As we were in front of the Moneychange-Point
(or however you call that) a strange guy called us to change the money to him cuz he would give us more than official....
....(for 100€ he gave us 2700 and the Change-Point would give 2500 including the Change-tax)...so we changed 100€ to that guy
and proofed if the money is real afterwards....yes it was real >__>...but then we went to Kentucky fried Chicken...as I payed
my meal there the salesman sayed: "Only Krones...only czech money"... X_X W_T_F !!!! #&%$§..that Son of a bitch cheated us..
...He gave us 2700 Florint (Hungarian Money) but covered the money with one 200 CZK Bill X_X...so after we changed the Florint back into € we had lost about 80€.
If I had catch him..I probably had to cut of his nuts!!...I bet he is almost rich now with that cheaty trick cuz Prague is full of tourists.
But it doesnt any good to be angry about something you cant change at all...so however we enjoyed our meal.
And I discovered a new Favorite Drink for myself *_*..its called "Mojito" which you can..t buy at KFC in Germany.
In Prague there are so many big advertisement signs as well. Especially of the new movie "Inglorious Basterds"
of Quentin Tarantino who I looking forward to see...you could see almost one poster per street at least.
One of the greatest sight in Prague is the astronomical Clock at "Altstädter Ring"...I only know the german expression
for this place. There were a lot of souvenir-shops where you could buy clocks who looked similar to the astronomical.
Sometimes there were people who wanted to take a photo of me ....I guess the reason is cuz in prague there aren..t
many people who wear clothes or hair like I do.
At night we went to a casino...
..usually I dont keen on casinos cuz you could lost a lot of money.
On our way there were so many black guys at the main street...One guy was very pushy..always saying:
"Ya, cumon ...lot of wet pussys over there...wet vagainas, blowjobs, ass fuck.." :P...No thanks I wont
any worn up pussys at all...
Its been a while since I visited a Gothic-club and I was nosy to know how the gothic-subculture folks of prague are.
(Okay, I was at Nerodom in Munich @ the J-Party but they dont played Industrial ^^')
We were looking via Internet to find a good club but we only found a location named "Ghost-Cafe"....
but the website sayed it has been closed since about 6 Years ago o_O....>_>..damn it.
So we decieded to go to a casino instead...
At the casino we played american roulette and I always betted on color (red/black)
...always on black this night *g*..I think betting on color is the effectivstes way
to make profit cuz you have a 50/50 chance to win your bet x2. If you always take away your
profit from table and let your first bet in the game...your chance to loose money is small.
But nevertheless I think spending a lot of time to casinos is boring....and let you become a poor guy :P
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On our last day we only went to the city to go to a cafe and relax..
We went to a noble Hotel-Cafe @ the "Altstädter Ring" where you had a great view of the astronomical clock.
I tried a housemade Mojito again..but I have to say..the Mojito of KFZ is much better >_>..
not so heavy in its taste...there were too many spearmint-leaves in the tea.
We also took a look to the "Sexmachine Museum" *g*....Its a Prague exclusive attraction..
where you can see a lot of fancy, cool machines *g*...even of medieval age.
There also was a huge bazar where you could buy traditional czech stuff like wooden dolls
(there were a lot of wooden whitches who were laughing in a scary (Gumalääs) way when you smack your hands *g*)...
....I bought a poster of one of the famous artist of prague called "Alfons Mucha"...his Art looks so beautiful..
Well..I think thats all about it :P
A few hours ago we drove back to Germany....
