Graduated last Saturday (the 3rd) ---------------------------------------------
So last week I quit most caffeine (yes this includes my beloved Iced Lattes from City Brew) and now I’m just drinking orange juice and iced tea. I still need to get water back into my daily diet, I was going pretty good at school. I’ve also decided to get back exercising since my foot is better. Yesterday I walked over 2 miles and I just did 34 pushups in 50 seconds. And I always hated push-ups in PE, mainly because of the floor at semester time, my hand slipped out from me because it was so sweaty.
