Also I GOT MY DREAM JOB! I've been there a week now, and it's SO MUCH AWESOME. I work for a non-profit organization called Adventure Cycling as a tours specialist, which basically means I get to set people up with the most BADASS VACATIONS EVER.
I've also gained back like 20 of the 30 pounds I lost last summer, and I don't really understand how. I mean, obviously I could exercise more but it's not like I was eating worse or exercising less. I don't understand, but it's making me CRANKY. Hopefully this whole getting-around-only-by-bike thing will help. Bah. Helpful suggestions?
Things with The Lady are much better- it was rocky there for a bit but we had A Talk and talked about what we both need out of our relationship, and since then things have been going really smoothly. The hard part for me is remembering that even though I could see myself wanting this to be forever, she doesn't. Which I mean, that doesn't mean we can't have a great time for right now, I just can't let myself get carried away.
I'm totally sad about the lackluster finale of Show, but not discouraged! I fully expect next season to BLOW ME AWAY in a way not many episodes from this season did, and then they'll get a season 8 and we'll officially BEAT BUFFY WOOT have an awesome show we can be proud of.
So that's about it for me. What's new people?
