Yay! Glad you liked it too! ;) I am starting a separate journal for my books now. I think it will make things easier & I might feel more motivated to update the damn thing. The "list" is first, so even if I don't feel like doing a complete entry, I can at least keep that up to date. Its here: http://leabhair.livejournal.com/, so add me!

Cool, you've been added! :) I just finished a book this afternoon so now I have the fun task of figuring out which one to start next.

I see that! I knew you'd join! I think I'm only going to add people that aren't on my regular journal (unless for some reason I end up going friends only there).

OMG, I have huge stacks of books to read. I made the mistake of going to the library twice. The library here rocks compared to the one in my old shit town. I have six checked out of there, plus all the books I've bought right before I moved & since I moved. I get sad sometimes knowing that no matter what, there is no way we'll ever be able to read all the good books in the world.

Let me know what one you chose!

I liked that one too. It reminded me of when I used to read Judy Blume books as a preteen...

Yes, Judy Blume-ish for sure! I LOVED her when I was young. :)

I love that book too!
I also just recently read "I Know This Much Is True" by Wally Lamb and it's almost equally as awesome. I definitely recommend it too!!

Oh, I absolutely HATED this book! It took every ounce of me to even finish it (which I did, when I was in Vancouver several years ago), and once I did, I couldn't even bring it home with me! I just gave it to my friend (who also read it, and also didn't like it!).

Teresa said she hated this book too! So weird! I mean, I loved it so much. :) Did you hate it because you didn't find him believable writing from the point of a girl? & you loved I Know this much is True, right?
