Hmmmm. I liked how this book started out & I thought I was truly going to enjoy it, but for some reason it ended up being a lot of "blah" to me. I am glad she wrote it because I'm sure it will be very helpful to others who have & are suffering from PPD. She is just a horrible author! Her writing is very repetitive & I'm not sure it was even edited by a professional. I understand she had a serious illness, but I was hoping for a lot more insight into that. Even so, I'm going to pass this book along to a few friends who I think will enjoy it.
