Trial 1
Mixed:
2 TBSP of Corn starch
hot water on stove
error: corn starch can't dissolve in hot water
Trial 2 (Success- 2servs)
Mix:
4 cups of cold water
6 TBSP of corn starch
Till will take 5 mins on stove:
1 cup of mix with stove on @ mid heat
stir and add 1 TBSP of corn starch
add 3/4 of TBSP more to thicken, lower heat ----> keep string slow
add water 1/4 cup to pot and bring to mid heat
it will begin bubble and boil n steam
make sure ur mixing through out the time it's on the stove
turn off and let it cool ---> DO NOT MIX!!!
cool for 8 mins off stove,
next add an inch of cold water to top.
cool_covered 14mins
cool in freezer if the water is still warm
should take only 12 mins to cool down completely
When cool pour out half the water in the pot, then cut the laphing into big pieces into a bowl. Now add a TBSP of soy sauce, TSP of Vinegar, some salt and garlic water (as much as u want) keep taste testing the soup till u get the right mix for you, also you can add chili sauce if u like.
Serves 1 to 2 (really if ur gonna eat it all make sure u've got an empty stomach)
I ate mine after a small chili dog and some fries n now i've got a stomach ache..
