Today, I started to officially work out with a personal trainer. I don't want to be too harsh on myself, but I'm in pretty bad shape. So bad that alot of the workouts had to be modified so that I could do them. But that's ok. I guess that's the reason why I'm working with a trainer in the first place!
Today was the longest and busiest day ever! I happened to get the most difficult patients I HAVE EVER HAD all today. I got out late from work, and had to rush between after-work tutoring, trainer, dinner and then some cardio at the gym. I was dreading it the entire day! But now that the day is over, I guess it wasn't bad at all. I'm glad that I am able to make time for it all. I also got to go to the farmers market today, and although I forgot I was vegetarian for one moment and tried something with meat -_-, it was great! Possibly overpriced, but I love trying new things.
Here's my workouts for the night, along with 25 minutes elliptical and 30 mins of training!
Eating went well today too. For the first time in 5 days, I didn't have any leftover Valentine's candy (yay me!). We'll see how this goes for the rest of the week.
