I wonder, why exactly city administration is discussing retirement age change. That can be done only by the state government and only by a suicidal one. Are we planning to get autonomy status? XD

Moscow ^^ most of the Russians have never heard of my home town, let alone Chinese :DD but I usually explain that I wasn't born there though~
