Strip Club and Bartending here we come...
So I mentioned that we might be going to a strip clubin a month or two to my parents and they didn't freak out! hahahah I mean they weren't too happy about it but I brought up the fact that my father was suspended for drinking his freshman year in high school and that going to a strip club when you're 18 is not breaking any rules. So they bought it.
So I decided to squeeze whatever I could out of the conversation. I brought up that I might want to take a bartending course and, surprisingly, my mother was all for it. She actually thought it was a great idea, 'cause she said you make a ton of money. Wow. Strip clubs and bartending. And not even mentioning that I can soon buy cigarettes and porn. And I technically could enter in the army, and, of course, I can vote. And May 19th is just over the horizon...
Speaking of birthdays, I feel like there are a ton comming up. Jess K's is Sunday, my Mom's 50th is on Tuesday, Edie's is sometime next week, and Scott's is on the 23rd. And that's not even mentioning all the ones that are in May.
So this week is actually going pretty well. Maybe it's just the fact that we have so little school left or that spring is (hopefully) just around the corner, but I seem to be in a better mood than I have been. Maybe I'm still feeding off vacation. It's been making the week go by much quicker too - I mean we've only got two more days left until the weekend.
Oh and the OC was, of course, very very good tonight as well.
