hmmm. haven't updated since May 26th (which was "can you believe we graduate from high school in 9 days?"). Frankly, yes I can. Because that was about two weeks ago.
Anyways - here's an update about what's goin on with my life.
-Basically I have done NOTHING since graduation. I really spend my days doing nothing. I watch lots and lots of Friends episodes and today I actually started to read.
-I don't enjoy reading. But that's what my life has come to.
-I'm actually excited to start work next Monday. It's about time. I've been feeling so unproductive since projects started in April and I just need something to do. AND I also found out that I'm NOT a head counselor, which I thought I was because I got a three dollar an hour raise. Which is great, because I get more money but have a lot less stuff I have to do. wonderful.
-I have officially seen Mean Girls twice. Though I don't like it as much as Scott (he's dubbed it "the greatest movie ever"), I absolutely love it. I've also seen Shrek 2 twice (ooohhh sooo good - every time I think of Pus in Boots I just burst out laughing).
-Swimming has been going better recently - maybe just because the end is in sight. We've got five weeks until Sectionals in Buffalo, which means we start tapering in like two weeks which is soooo amazing. A few more weeks of hard work then I'm basically on cruise control until COLLEGE.
-We've got a meet this weekend in Wilton, Connecticut. I'm only swimming Friday because on Saturday I have an orientation from 9-5. eesh. And then Sunday there's like an Open House that I have to go to. seems a bit excessive to me.
-My parents have been seemingly getting on my nerves more and more recently (I've probably done the same for them too hahah). It might be just because I've been spending more time loungin around the house than I normally do, but I think the real reason is that college is in sight and eveything that goes against that just makes me more and more eager to leave.

but above all, I'm just ridiculously excited for I love the 90's in July. wow. too good to be true.

Ben
