I'm so glad the weather is what it is today. It's light sweater weather. Such a perfect day for caramel and apples. Not just any apples though....MacIntosh apples, my favorite kind. I've never thought Red Delicious apples were that delicious. Gala are okay, and Empire and Fuji are good when they're tart enough. But MacIntosh never dissapoint. Let's go apple picking sometime. Can we do that here?
They're building a new road off the end of my road and they named it Grande Woods Drive. What a stupid name. Nobody's going to want to build a house on that road. Names are funny. I'd really like to sit around and read my book...but not until later.
I hope everyone is doing exceedingly well. I miss you!
