I. Laws of Choice

1. You can only make a choice for the present moment. If you think you are making a choice for what you did do or will do, you are simply choosing not to do or have something now.

2. You are always making a choice. You may not always perceive that you are making a choice. The choice to perceive your situation as something other than a choice is a choice to either not face the consequences of your choices (which is impossible) or to deny that the consequences are the result of your choice (which is dishonest).

3. You are never doing anything other than making a choice. The actions resulting from your choice are natural consequences of the choice itself, requiring no more than the commitment of the choice.

4. Time is the opportunity in the present moment to make another choice.
